Rules of placing information in «zoo-club.info».

The rights and duties of registered users:
The people, who placed the adds are responsible for the truth of their information.
1. The person, who placed the announcement has rights to add, change the information in the advertisements.
2. Administration place the partner’s adds in paying chapters of the portal for the term, which is paid in advance by the present partner.
3. People who are not concerned with the portal are not allowed to publish.
4. Ban on publish advertisements which break the basic law of Ukraine or International rights. (Contain propaganda of race hatred, violence, war, overthrowing the Constitution country, pornography)
5. The adverts which contents break the canon norms of morality are not allowed.
6. HTML code is prohibited in use in your adverts.
7. The administration of portal «www.zoo-club.info» have the right to abolish your free of charge adverts, without the prior notification you and an explanation of the reasons.
8. The adverts can be abolished from the portal for the following reasons:
- One and the same free of charge add was placed during 24 hours;
- If the information in the add contradicts the rights and subjects of the portal;
- If the information in the add is not correct;
- The photo doesn’t concern the subject of the add;
- The add contradicts the basic law of Ukraine or International rights;
- There is no timely payment for pay adds.
9. The administration of our portal have the rights to change the demands according to the terms of publishment your adds without informing the users.
10. The changes of tariffs don’t influence the placing of partners adds till the fixed time of payment.
11. The administration of the portal has the editorial rights of the adds.
12. Under no circumstances the administration of portal is not responsible for expenses concerning our present portal, its using or impossibility of using.
13. Placing your information, you agree anatomically to our terms and accept the rights and duties of using our portal.
